Funds go to The DONNA Foundation to provide financial assistance and support to individuals living with breast cancer and fund ground breaking breast cancer research at Mayo Clinic. Create an online fundraising account today by visiting our Fundraising Homepage on CrowdRise. Invite your friends, family or co-workers to contribute.

For offline donations, please download a DONNA Donations Form (PDF) to track your donations and pledges.

You may also download a DONNA Fundraiser Letter with Form (PDF) to distribute to potential donors including charitable information and 501(c)(3) documentation for tax deduction purposes. Once you have collected donations, please mail in your fundraising page and money to:

If you work for a company that has a matching program and you have a matching form to submit to our team, please complete the donor portion and fax the form to our Treasurer at 904-551-0746. We will complete the Foundation portion and submit to the appropriate company for the matching amount.

Here are 5 easy ways to Fundraise!

1. Run the Race! 26.2 with DONNA is the only marathon in the country dedicated solely to finishing breast cancer. Net race proceeds go to the cause.
2. Get Active, Go Social! Just visit our Fundraising Homepage on CrowdRise to sign up, and you’ll be given your own URL you can send out to family, friends, and supporters, allowing them to become a part of your accomplishment on race day. Leverage social media sites such as Facebook and LinkedIn to spread the word!
3. Get the Word Out! Download a DONNA Fundraiser Letter with Form (PDF) and distribute it to potential donors. It includes charitable information and 501(c)(3) documentation for tax-deduction purposes. Find a Match!
4. Also, keep in mind that yours may be one of the many companies that has a matching program! If you have a matching form to submit to our team, you can complete the donor portion and fax the form to our Treasurer at 904-551-0746. 5. Set a Goal! You’ve set a goal to go the distance on race day, now set a goal for your fundraising efforts too. Then get out there and make it happen!

We are proud to say that our efforts have raised millions of dollars for bench top breast cancer research at the Mayo Clinic, and to fund the needs of under-served breast cancer patients through The DONNA Foundation. Over the last several years, personal fundraising efforts reached an all time high and that meant we were able to move closer to the FINISH than ever before. We are thrilled to show you in tangible ways how much your efforts are helping. Updates on research and the numbers of patients helped come frequently so that you may see how your hard work pays off. Sometimes as we get closer to the finish line, the last miles can seem long, but there is nothing like the satisfaction of crossing that line, arms raised with a heart full of love and knowing we’ve accomplished something great. We are getting there. With your help, we will put and end to breast cancer. Please consider becoming a fund raiser or joining a fundraising team.
