Cancellation & Transfer Policy

• Entry fees for all DONNA events are NON-REFUNDABLE and non-transferrable.  But what a fabulous donation to a fantastic cause!
• If you are currently registered for the Challenges, Ultra, Marathon, Half Marathon, 10K, or 5K, you may switch your registration to another DONNA Marathon Weekend Event.
• If you switch from a Fundraiser Experience category, minimum fundraising obligations will remain.
• To switch your registration, go to your Active My Events page.
• Registration transfer to other participants is not available.

FAQs

How do I know if I am registered?
You will receive an e-mail confirming your race registration. We will not send separate confirmation cards. To confirm your registration, you may search the Entrants Directory in Active.

As a Team Captain, how can I review and revise my team members?
To review your team’s registrations, go to your Active My Events page.
